BSS/OSS Solution: Our BSS/OSS Solution is called Customer Master and it features integration between your billing, accounting, inventory and facilities management systems. Other benefits of the program include converged billing with quadruple play bundles, complete control of the sales process at your retail locations, open architecture that allows for easy integration with your existing middleware and two product updates each year.
CABS: Services include monthly carrier access processing, billing and reporting, carrier collections, dispute resolution, monthly usage auditing and research, tariff and route monitoring and maintenance. MACC is a full-line service bureau so no portion of the CABS billing system needs to be maintained at your business.

Accounting Software: Our accounting solution is called Accounting Master and its key features include accomodation of all Part 32 regulations, the ability to meet payroll and tax needs for all states, and support for combined electronic tax filing, 1099s, W2s, 1099-DIV for stock dividends, and 1099-PATR for patronage. Accounting Master also allows you to pay employees by check, ACH or a combination and pay AP vendors and stock dividends by ACH as well. The solution also offers a flexbile inventory module that integrates with MACC's point-of-sale solutions.
Hosted Solutions: Thanks to our hosted Application Service Provider (ASP) option, it is easier and less expensive than ever to convert to our products. Key benefits are no up-front hardware purchase, flexible payment options, expert conversion/implementation, dedicated service and support.

With this volume, MACC saves our clients money thanks to the efficiency of our printing process and the cost-savings of purchasing paper and toner in large quantities.
MACC gives you the ability to send your customers up to five inserts per month in your bills. The inserts can be set up within Customer Master, our BSS/OSS solution, to go to targeted groups of your customers.
