We’re pleased to share that IVRNet, a Harris business unit, has transitioned to join the MACC portfolio of businesses within Harris.
This move brings IVRNet’s long-standing experience in telecom and customer communication solutions closer to MACC’s suite of products and services for telecom and broadband providers. Both teams share a common goal: helping providers deliver great service through reliable tools and responsive support.
