MACC is a billing solutions company providing customer management and financial software, plus a variety of data processing, statement printing, and fulfillment services for communications companies that offer voice, video, wireless, data services and utility services. We help our clients manage their customers, products, and services so they have the information they need to make the best possible business decisions.
In 2023, MACC acquired NAMS and PhoenixSoft to deliver a unique breadth of services to the telecommunications industry. The NAMS core solution is a system that assists telecom service providers by automating tedius and laborious tasks such as data collection, network design and engineering, fraud prevention, and revenue assurance.
PhoenixSoft provides on-premise and cloud-based softswitches for telecom companies of all sizes. These solutions deliver affordable and easy-to-launch VOIP options.
