Training Support Team

MACC’s Training Support Team offers thorough yet flexible training, which allows our clients to take full advantage of the capabilities our software delivers.

Three types of training

Virtual Jump Start
Each attendee is provided with their own link to a Customer Master training database. They will learn basic Customer Master skills, focusing on Inquiry, Service Order, Payment Entry, Trouble Tickets, and Reports. During the session, they will be guided through hands-on practice exercises. In addition, they are provided with a Jump Start manual for reference. All of this can be done in the comfort and convenience of an attendee’s home or office.

Onsite training
Our training staff will also travel to our customers’ locations when requested. This is often done when customers need advanced training on very specific topics within MACC’s product line-up.

Web training
MACC also offers cost-effective web training. With each new release of our products, web training is available to explain how to get the most out of the latest version. MACC also makes web training courses available for many other Customer Master and Accounting Master related features.

Training at MACC Events

MACC offers several client events each year. At each event, unmatched opportunities to learn new skills are made available through a variety of onsite training classes.

MACC’s Billing and Technology Conference (MBTC)
There is no better way to learn about everything MACC has to offer than by attending our annual Billing and Technology Conference. Held each September in the Omaha-metro area, hundreds of MACC clients come from across the country to learn about the latest features in MACC’s products and services. Valuable hands-on training is available to ensure that attendees not only hear about the latest innovations, but they also have the opportunity to learn how to put these updates to use.

User Group
MACC also takes its latest information and training opportunities to a location closer to our clients with our annual user group meeting. This event allows clients to save travel time and expense, yet still receive critical training and information on how to make the most of what MACC offers.
