Software Support Team
If you ever have questions about the use of MACC’s BSS/OSS solutions, we have Software Support Representatives ready to assist you. These highly-trained software experts are only responsible for a limited number of clients so they’ll become familiar with your company’s operation.
Our Software Support Representatives are located at MACC’s corporate headquarters in Blair, Nebraska. They receive continuous training so that our clients are always given the latest information on our products.
Each MACC client is assigned an individual Software Support Representative as well as a team of representatives. If a client calls and the company’s assigned representative is assisting another client, other members of her team are available to help.
Support for Customer Master, MACC’s BSS/OSS solution, is available Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Fridays.
MACC’s Accounting Software, Accounting Master, has the following support hours:
• Monday-Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
